From retail bagging, tagging, private labeling, etc, there's no customization that we can't handle.

Cut & Sew Apparel

At 85 Supply, we offer "Cut & Sew" manufacturing. This is when we develop a digital concept of your product, sample, and then manufacture your product from scratch.

In most cases, this program is used for product concepts where an existing "in-stock" product option just won't cut it.

The average turnaround time is roughly 30-45 days, but rest assured that the quality will be 2nd to none.

Production Deadlines

Production Times & Details:

Please Note: The below production times start after order confirmation and digital proof (or sample) has been approved.

  • Standard Production Time: Ships 7-10 Business Days. After proof approval.
  • Retail Production Time: 12-14 Business Days
  • Overseas Custom: 30-45 Calendar days.
  • Minimum Order Qty: 36
  • Price Breaks: 36, 50, 100, 200, 500, 1000, 1500, 2500.
  • Print Setups: $20 Per Color / Per Location. FREE for 50+ per design.
  • Ink Change: $20 per color (Required when using the same design, with inverted colors for certain garments)
  • Waterbase or Discharge Inks: .50 per print location.
